By downloading and using Wee Artists ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. They apply to all users, including parents and guardians downloading on behalf of a child. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Wee Artists is designed for young children and requires no minimum age to use. The App is intended to be used by children under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By downloading this App on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and take responsibility for ensuring appropriate use.

✅ Permitted Use

You may use Wee Artists for personal, non-commercial creative and educational purposes. You agree not to:

All original content in Wee Artists — including app design, artwork, icons, sounds, and code — belongs to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

🔵 Developer owns App design, tools, icons, sounds, and underlying code
🟢 You own All drawings and artwork your child creates in the app

We have no claim over any artwork your child creates using Wee Artists.

🔒 Privacy & Data

Wee Artists collects no personal data. All app data is stored locally on your device only. Please review our full Privacy Policy for complete details.

Since no data is stored on our servers, we cannot recover lost drawings if you delete the app or clear your device data. Please back up any artwork you wish to keep before uninstalling.

Wee Artists is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss of data, indirect damages, or losses arising from your use of the App.

🔄 Updates & Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Use — the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

🍎 Apple App Store — End User License Agreement (EULA)

Wee Artists is distributed through the Apple App Store. As an end user, your use of this App is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall take precedence with respect to App Store usage terms.
