Wee Artists is a creative drawing app designed for children to explore imagination in a safe, joyful space. We built it with one principle above everything else: children deserve a private, ad-free place to create.
This Privacy Policy explains clearly what we do — and don't do — with any information related to your use of the app. We comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation for children (GDPR-K), and the Kids Online Safety Act (KOSA).
We collect no personal data from children. No account, login, or registration is required to use Wee Artists. The app contains no analytics, no tracking, and no advertising of any kind.

Wee Artists is listed in the Apple App Store Education category with a 4+ age rating. In accordance with Apple's requirements: the app contains no behavioural advertising, no analytics or tracking SDKs, no social features accessible to children, and all in-app purchase flows require parental involvement via a parental gate.
Wee Artists offers an optional premium subscription to unlock all drawing lessons. Subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store — we never receive or store your payment details.
To manage subscription status, the app uses RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat receives your Apple purchase receipt and an anonymous device identifier solely to verify whether a subscription is active.
Purchase receipt: Sent to RevenueCat's servers to verify your subscription status. This receipt is provided by Apple and contains your subscription details but not your name or payment information.
Anonymous device identifier: Used only to link your subscription to your device. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
No children's personal data is sent to RevenueCat at any time. The purchase flow is protected by a parental gate requiring a parent to complete the transaction.

The only data that leaves the device is the Apple purchase receipt sent to RevenueCat when a subscription is purchased or restored — described fully in the In-App Purchases section above.
If we ever make changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes — such as introducing new data collection — we will notify users via an in-app notice and seek parental consent where required by law (including COPPA and GDPR-K).
We will never introduce advertising, personal data collection, or external communication features without providing clear notice and obtaining appropriate consent.
